TOGA awarded highest developer iCIRT rating

TOGA had the privilege of hosting an event for our purchasers over the weekend. We were joined by the NSW Building Commissioner, David Chandler OAM and Alex Shaw from Equifax who spoke about the introduction and importance of the Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT) for the construction industry.

TOGA was recently awarded a 4.5 gold-star iCIRT rating and the August 2022 Transparency Award. TOGA is one of only 3 developers to be awarded a 4.5 gold-star iCIRT rating – the highest rating achieved by a developer so far.
