October 2022 Construction Update: Ground Floor Structure Complete

We are thrilled to announce that Wicks Place has reached another major construction milestone with the ground floor structure now complete across the project.

The second tower crane has been erected and the structure is progressing quickly – reaching level 4 on Buildings D and E. Level 4 boasts remarkable views from every aspect especially city views to the North.

Looking towards the end of the year, the structure of the building will continue to take shape and the installation of the brick facade will closely follow. We remain on track to complete late 2023 and look forward to showing the progress made in the next update.
