Join us over two December weekends for our neighbourhood market full of music, tastings with local makers and free family fun — right in the heart of Marrickville.
There’s something special about December in Marrickville — the long mornings, the scent of jasmine wafting down laneways and, of course, the great countdown to the school holidays (and switching those Out of Offices on). Festivus is our way of bottling that feeling and inviting everyone in.
Over two weekends, we’re turning Wicks Place into a little village of its own: live music drifting through the courtyard to Wicks Park, little ones making ornaments with serious concentration, family polaroid portraits tucked into pockets, and tastings from the local makers you may already know by name. Think of it as a warm-up to summer — and a chance to snag a few goods for your festive feast. Sample something new and leave with a bag full of small delights.
Swing by for a quick wander during your weekly Harris Farm shop or settle in for the whole morning. Either way, there’s something waiting for you.
